Hi, I'm Erin!

I’m glad you’ve found your way here!

Life’s challenges-whether big or small-can sometimes feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face them alone. As a therapist, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I’m here to listen, guide, and offer support as we work together to build resiliency and create a life that’s worth living.

In the therapy room:

I utilize a client-centered approach, meaning that you are the heart of our work together. To guide our work, I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapy modalities including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance-and-Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Whether you're looking for practical tools to manage stress and anxiety, wanting to build emotional resilience, or seeking healing from past experiences, we’ll work together to create a supportive, collaborative space where you can grow and thrive.

My specialty areas include:

I welcome clients ages 10 and above, and have experience working with adolescents, teens, and adults. I am knowledgeable in helping individuals experiencing anxiety, trauma, interpersonal challenges, substance use disorders, and life transitions.

You can expect to feel safe and heard with me.

I want to help you to be curious about yourself, and your needs to be the most authentic version of you. I believe each individual and family should be treated with curiosity, compassion, and individual attention.

My Training:

I attended Wayne State University, where I earned my Bachelor’s of Social Work with a minor in Psychology in May of 2022, and my Master’s of Social Work in May of 2023. During undergraduate school, I completed my first internship at an outpatient clinic through Michigan Medicine, providing patients with resources for housing, transportation, food, and clothing. As a graduate student, I completed my second internship as a clinical social worker and therapist at Wayne Health Physician’s Group, where I currently provide individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents, teens, and adults. Additionally, I work within the Livonia Public School District as a school-based therapist once per week.

Outside the Office:

I enjoy spending time with my partner and our puppy, Rex. In my free time, I love to read, go on walks outdoors, play games, spend time with friends, or watch movies.
