    *Accepting New Clients*

My name is Samantha and I am a clinical therapist (with lived experience as a mama) who supports women during their perinatal and postpartum journey. My therapy style is comforting, authentic and conversational. I will walk alongside you, empower you, and collaborate with you to feel less overwhelmed as we navigate the human experience of becoming a mother.

You may be a new mom or soon to be. Working through this new transition in life and trying to figure out all the things. Becoming a mother for the first (or second time) is HARD and overwhelming at times. We are told to take care of ourselves while selflessly giving everything we have to our babies and families. This can lead us to feel overwhelmed, exhausted, emotional, irritable, and even angry.  You may be struggling with finding yourself in this new role as mama and missing that sense of normalcy of who you were individually. You may be grieving what once was. Your relationships with your partner, friends, and family may have changed. Your childhood experiences (both positive and negative) may have come flooding back into your life.

It is important to me that you feel supported to openly discuss your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and experiences. Motherhood is an immense life adjustment that we experience. Seeking additional support to assist with this life transition is necessary. I am here to support you to achieve the goals you desire and in living a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life. Let’s get you to feeling like YOU again.

I currently offer evening appointments during the week and daytime appointments on Thursdays and Saturdays. If you are looking for support and we seem like a good match, please don’t hesitate to reach out today!
